I may be a little slow on this one, however, it appears from reviewing
the proxy for the June 10, 1997 stockholder's meeting
(http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/915870/0000892569-97-001533.txt)
that Cerplex wants to authorize another 30,000,000 shares of stock.
If this is the case, you can be sure the current stockholder's will
see dilution of thier current interest upon Cerplex issuing shares.

The current stock price may reflect this future expected activity, but
I have my doubts. Anyone want to comment.

I bailed out today taking a small loss in hopes of picking up shares
after June 10. I still believe Cerplex is in a turnaround mode.
