Does anyone think that a company would ever find merit in a lawsuit brought against them. If you now anything about law you would realize that this would admit their guilt. I'm not reading anything more into this than to say its going to cost them money to fight this (and the suits that follow). Best case they'yy settle and it will cost them. Also, whats Cabot going to say. They know that they are being whatched. Of course they will see no merit in the suit, comments.
