Divit, I was reading Macworld about the iDVD. Software encoding?!?!? Apple does it again. They introduce a killer app, and fall one step short! This superdrive is available only on their highest end machine, around $3500. How much extra would a CUBE encoder or codec add to the machine, about $30? Its not like the encoder $30 encoder would be eating away the margins of a $799 imac. I think with hardware encoding, one should be able to encode 30 minutes of video one helluvalot faster than one hour!!!!! Way to go Apple!!! Regards, Tim
