EASY ....Hollandaise sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream,

1 tsp DiJon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice

combine

stir over low heat until heated through

whisk strongly to add a tad bit of air to the mix

EASIEST *(substitute) = NOT the same as Hollandaise
but verrrrrrrrry easy and slightly different
and my family actually prefers it .....
