Jim, as expected QLGC downgraded today, downgrade #1:

7:16AM QLogic (QLGC) 97 11/16: Roberston Stephens calls December quarter results mixed. Firm downgrading to LT ATTRACTIVE from BUY.

Also, BRCM:

09:02 ET Broadcom (BRCM) 133 7/16: Robertson Stephens says last night's
report was good, but expresses concern about sustainability of growth, which has
been fueled by acquisitions; stock trading down 2 pre-market.

CSFB cut BRCM target from 300 to 175.
