I know of none for which this business is "critical" or a large part of their business. The whole wafer business is maybe $5 B a year, dount these companies can afford to spend more than 20% of sales on capex in toto, so you get to a total figure of $1 B as the most optimistic and that is distributed over a number fo suppliers. Olduvai probably know best who are the most affected suppliers.
