Hi...well, there was no hypnosis involved (although I've heard that it can be effective). Believe it or not though, acupuncture has a huge success rate for those trying to quit. My wife worked with an acupuncturist in Hawaii for some time that used to treat smoking (and other addictions). He had a success rate of 90% in getting people off of the habit. I'm sure it's much easier than the quit for 2 month, start up, quit for a month, start up, quit for 3 months, start back up routine I went through before finally killing the habit.

Just my .02.

Reno??? When! I can make it just about any weekend.
