Roger, I'm afraid Friday may be a little too late. If you want to establish short positions, do it today. Greenspan will testify before the Senate tomorrow morning. His tone will give WS a clue on the debate of 25 or 50 bp cut next week. If the interpretation is 25, we'll see sell-off after his testimony.
