Glow stick liquid!!! I think they could be adapted into ... Holy spirit sticks! You those glow sticks are "non toxic?" When I was a teenager we'd open one just a little and sling it in sprinkles all over the walls and ceilings so it looked like a galaxy at night. Can also be rubbed rubbed onto the body. These were called glow parties, and the light sticks weren't the only factor...
