Thanks Rami, for the research into Insider Trading.

From this I read that:

David Reid still has about 240,000 shares.
Grant Russell still has about 560,000 shares.
Dennis Scott-Jackson has about 464,000 shares.
Charles Smyth has about 25,000 shares.

[this assumes of course that there have been no more
transactions since the last BC Securities Commission update].

I agree that it would be pretty hard for any of us to over turn
a coordinated vote by blocks of people who have this many
shares.

I think the best we can do is ensure we have a representative
at the Annual Meeting who voices our concerns for all shareholders
to hear. ... I honestly doubt that we can "out-vote" the above
group [and they own only a part of the outstanding shares
in Gravis] , ... but we can come up with good suggestions for
all shareholders to hear and vote on.
