What do you think of AMSWA? On a value basis they are incredibly cheap. They have $1.20/sh in cash and own about 80% of Logility which has $1.21/sh in cash. P/S is 0.49. The problem is SW sales are still shrinking. Will they turn around? I'm not sure. Are you familiar with their products? QADI is a good size company but they also don't so strong signs of turning around. I looked at insider sales and found out that the company is run by a husband and wife team. They may myopic vision. IMIC seems to be turning around. Any opinion on them?
