Hi Ze'ev I don't think anybody has a focussed 300mm wafer production facility yet. You know Wacker is dithering, WFR is gasping for breath, Sumitomo is scared and SEH is inscrutable. I have a gut sense that SEH will be the first to announce a pure 300mm production facility and that will push Wacker off the fence. I would bet that Wacker gets there first once they are pushed into moving as I have seen personally that they can execute very efficiently where SEH suffers a little from Management by Consensus delays.

I do believe there will be a shortage of 300mm wafers as the main ramp begins. I know you're interested in trying to estimate the capex required for a given wafer output volume and I have some feelers out. Let you know if I find anything meaningful.
