Hi KLP - your recap of analist's reports is based on INSP sans some of its acquisitions, with GNET the most visible one. My question is based on the assumption that most of these acquisitions were stk swap. Therefore, INSP must be issuing a lot of paper stk for the purpose [outstanding is 315MM, which is quite substantial] So, while I agree we should hold these analists accountable, it is only fair to compare apple with apple. Therefore, we need to figure out the adjusted price target. Still, my guess is that they would still be quite high, maybe at least high double digit. Of course, they can always say they are merely making adjustment relative to the mkt. Even so, there is still a substantial disconnect. In the end, I agree with your implicit conclusion, these people are not to be trusted

best, Bosco
