I don't think it's necessarily a grab fest. Yes, we seem to have some good support now so I assume the terms of the deal were already priced into the pullback. I will buy my freshly-sold shares back after they pay the bridge loan in March. I still have enough BWAY to make it interesting... On a related note, from CPWR's PR: Revenue from Compuware's Professional Services Division was $257.0 million compared to $273.0 million in the third quarter of the previous fiscal year. Looks like things are starting to thaw a little <g>. JF
