The Cold War is over!!! Bush's solider boy, Powell still doesn't know From, what I've read Bush plans to spend big money on military, including missile defense shield. While, the Cold War with Russia is over, bid spending by the US on military may provoke other countries to react. It would be better to spend the money on EDUCATION, and on HEALTH CARE. Or even PUBLIC TRANSIT! At least that would give the money back to the American people. We should also maintain fiscal responsibility by staying out of debt. We do not need missiles! We need peace and free trade. You think if we threaten other countries with mour missile systems that they will want to engage in free trade?
