Lamb chops are tasty as is leg-o-lamb. However, mutton is supposed to have an objectionable strong flavor. When does a lamb become a mutton. Are there more lambs or muttons in NZ. What happens to old muttons. Is some economic equation involved relating table meat, wool and dog food. Question from the ignorant and uninformed. JohnG
