Another downgrade, from SSB.

We are becoming a bit more cautious on NetApp mostly due
to macro market conditions. We believe the storage market
has migrated more quickly than expected to a centralized
environment, favoring more complete solutions (including
the high, mid and low end). We believe NetApp could be
challenged in such an environment and feel it is prudent to
pull back a bit from the stock due to its recent run up.
* We are moving from a 1H rating to a 2H rating.
* We will follow up later this morning with a more detailed
note.
