Now this kind of thing really pisses me off. INTC just starting to get some footing and Craig starts dumping stock. He doesn't need the damn money now so why doesn't he just exercise and hold the shares like Michael Dell did (and look what it did for Dell stock in the past 2 weeks).

WASHINGTON (CBS.MW)-Intel Corp. President and Chief Executive Craig Barrett filed to sell 400,000 shares of the company's common stock, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In the filing, Barrett revealed intentions to sell the shares worth about $13 million on Jan. 22 through Merrill Lynch.

Barrett received the shares on the same day by exercising a stock option.

Shares of the chip and personal computer maker (INTC: news, msgs) were up $1.50 at $36.88 in recent trading
