LOL with those names, they have to know how to cook cajun! "Who's Your Mama, Are You Catholic, and Can You Make a Roux?" That is really funny...not too many protestants in LA. I keep saying someday I'm going to organize my recipes, but someday never comes..With computers, it should be easier..maybe after the wedding I'll do it!
