You know they want this up over 10 before too long so the big moneymanagers can justify buying, but there is still a lot of resistance here. . . I guess for the same reason the big money guys will buy it at over 10, the ones who got burnt on the downslide want to get that much at least on the way out. Be here a few more days is my guess. mo
