They may not have to sell the plant in Zurich with Bush in the White House.Why should they? Why should they sell the plant to NT? NT is NOT an American company although it is one of JDSU's biggest customers. However JDSU SDLI have other customers too. NT is telco manufacturer. JDSU SDLI are component manufacturers. GLW is a fiberoptic manufacturer. Let each stay in their field of expertise. GLW cannot acquire Zurich plant anyway because it bought Pirelli.
