Check out the volume on NTAP and SEBL.. gee.. think someone is buying? A downgrade knocked NTAP down and the volume went through the roof (1mil block went through at the low point). You get the idea that the institutions are backing up the truck here and loading up... Of course that doesn't mean the prices won't get better over the next day or two. It just means we 'have company' - BIG company - buying our 'stuff'...
