Elizabeth, Benz is a mistake from long ago. Thank you for reminding me about it -- it reminds me not to buy companies that are over-indebted and it keeps me humble! I don't believe BPI is the next victim but as we all know, if they don't get the signatures on the leases the stock is nothing more than expensive wallpaper. From the lack of interest here it looks like all of the retail market has abandoned the stock. I salute Ron for being one of the only ones to keep this one in consideration and reinstate coverage of it once they looked like they were about to finally get their act together. If you're looking to short this, you may want to hold off another week or two.
