TG, I figure they raised cash for future unknown acquisitions but NMSS didn't say. The interest income is a bonus also and figured in their guidance. Not sure of the cash issue other than 1.5M a quarter seems more from 200M than 300M. Have to wait until the 10Q gets published. Jack
