Re Gas - The part I don't understand is that gasoline prices are falling to steady while natural gas has tripled.

I would think that oil could substitute for gas in many instances, or that oil could somehow be converted to gas (?).

My home steam heat system was recently converted to gas from oil, before we bought the house. I manage a building with a steam heat boiler that was also converted from oil to gas. Are those laggards who never converted from heating oil to gas now the smart ones?

If so, I should start looking into sqitching back to oil, and while we're at it, why not have dual fuel?

Looking forward to learning from you guys on this.

Peter
