I do not view Horowitz as the hero so many on this thread do.

Russell knew when he sold out to the money-losing InfoSpace that he was giving up control.

The better question is WHY did Horowitz sell out to this money-losing pig?

Maybe he was tired, maybe he wanted to enjoy his money, maybe he saw the big slow-down in online advertising coming and hoped to catch the new wave of investor enthusiasm.

Whatever the reason, HE is the one responsible for where he sits now, and he has hurt the price of this stock as much as the arrogant, egocentric Jain.
