Bouf loves CATS..looks like a cash cow! PE 5. Basically no longterm debt. Incredible earnings and stock sells for $6-ish with 9 million in float. Take a look at CATS...ROA..Curr Ratio etc. etc.. POWERFUL...nice little secret that no one seems to follow!! What am I missing here? siliconinvestor.com
