Hey Chip, I was looking at the Punch software for design. I was going to have a friend design but he is to busy... My only problems is with architects is they are always having you move stuff around and they don't pay for "their" mistakes... If I make a mistake I pay for it... My house design is very open so flow is not as much of an issue I hope. But I'm sure that I am wasting some space, but what the he$$, 4K sqft should be enough...
