Scott,

Sorry about my post sounding like a cheap shot, but I can't help but think that your posts are of a kid who just spent the first semester in college, who just came home and is repeating all the indoctrination from the leftist hippie professors.

Of course, they tell you what to say and what to think to be an independent thinker, a non-conformist. The end result is they all think and speak alike, are little Politically Correct storm troopers.

Your post about "Native people" just topped it all off. I can see a SNL sketch made out of it.

Sorry if my guess of age and profession is way off. It's just that I haven't heard any normal guy take an offense to phrase: "ventures out of the reservation" and respond with a PC storm trooper like diatribe:

"As for the veiled reference to the Native Peoples.. it was uncalled for.. quite frankly.. the way society has treated these people over the last 500 years.. particularly in the US.. I dont blame them if some dont wish to leave the reservation."

It is a joke. But I guess it is just part of the PC storm trooper training - to pretend be offended about the lamest thing just to silence the ideological opposition, or at least to force them to tiptoe around any issue. It's just so transparent that it is actually funny.

Joe
