Thanks for the info Greg. I always read your posts on the MRVC thread.

I have been leery of AMSWA for fundamental reasons but now that I hear negative comments on management I will definitely avoid this stock. I'm not a short term trader and as you say 'AMSWA is always good for a pop when the sector gets hot'. To me this means they will ride on the coat tails of other companies, so I'll look for them.

They are a buyout candidate though since they are trading close to cash (including the Logility hoard). The beautiful thing about mergers is management problems can quickly be solved. The downside is usually management's golden parachutes. 8^)
