Is CRG buying them back, or are shareholders just sending them to Cotter, in disgust? I've seen better-looking cigar butts clenched in the teeth of dead men suffering Mad Cow Disease. That whole set of companies is just awful! Phew!!! BTW. if the outstanding shares are 3.4 mill and price is 2 13/16, I would guess that market cap is under $10 mil, not 28. I would also guess that market cap is meaningless because there's no market in the shares. If you had to dump, you would be looking at $1.75.
