I say 0.25% and the Wall Street will cry.

I agree. And the market will sell off because nobody is going to be happy until the FED states clearly that it is out of the market. It would take .5 to make that statement.

The crazy thing is that you know what will happen, I know what will happen, everybody knows what will happen. Even the FED knows what will happen - and they will do .25 anyway.
