LOL, that was Ronald Reagan who offered to share the technology of Star Wars. Must have been that cold Icelandic air blowing through his ears. Clinton just considered an offer to deploy the finished missles in some allied countries.

I hear that if you stand close to W you can hear the ocean. Have you tried?
