(because at the time the problem had been "resolved" --obviously not-- since it continues).

Sometimes problems get "resolved" then flare back up. Maybe "resolved" isn't the correct word. But if somebody is "behaving" better in the present, I tend not to suspend them in the present for past conduct that's been addressed or future conduct that I haven't seen yet.

Yeah, what about them? I got vague complaints using the phrase "ice pick posts", but never a link. From anyone. If someone would PM me the links, I'd like to see them and see if they warrant deletion. I won't suspend anyone this far after the fact though.
