Shawn, I have found a company called National Scientific(NSCT) that is trading at only $0.6875 a share and it is being run by top management with deep experience. One is Terry Neild, CEO of Intercel and Lou Ross, previous CEO of Intel, Malasia for 35 years. They recently completed a $1 million bank loan and have an acquisition.
