MSU Names New President/CEO: Mr. D. Bruce Walter Company Opens New Head Office In Dallas, Texas DALLAS, TX, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ - MSU Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:
MUCP.OB news), the developer and distributor of Web2U Internet appliance
access devices, today announced that Mr. D. Bruce Walter has been named the
Company's new President & CEO. Mr. Walter was also appointed to the Company's
Board of Directors. Prior to being named President & CEO of MSU, Mr. Walter served as
President of CompuTrac, Inc., a Dallas-based software company; President & CEO
of CoActive Computing, San Jose; Chairman & CEO of RadioMail Corporation, San
Mateo CA; and President & CEO of Grid Systems, a $240M manufacturer of
portable and handheld computers. Subsequent to Grid Systems being purchased by
Tandy Corporation in 1988, Mr. Walter joined the Tandy Executive Management
Team. Prior to joining Grid Systems, Mr. Walter spent 12 years with Xerox
Corporation. He has also worked as a venture capitalist with Telesis Partners.
Mr. Walter attended Waynesburg College, Penn. and Duquesne University. MSU also announces that it has opened a new head office facility in
Dallas, Texas. The Company intends to continue all of its employees and operations in the Milton Keynes, UK. Mr. Darran Evans will continue as a
Director of the Company and as President of the Company's UK-based subsidiary,
Web2U Limited. ``The naming of Mr. Bruce Walter as President & CEO and the opening of a
