Dale Baker, JDSU/SDLI merger. At this point I would take all previous assumptions off consideration simply because we have a new President and new DOJ brass hopefully Ashcroft that have a completely new philosophy. Philosophy for those in Rio Linda CA means " thought process". We have a new thought process. It is imperative then I think we get on with this new, thought process, in determing what you said " how Government works ". Our new Government wants Deregulation Less Guv interference Less taxation Giving Business more leeway. I think it will be very easy for Joseph Strauss to place a personal call to a highly placed political Aide in DOJ hopefully in Ashcroft's circle and make his case. This is called lobbying. It is legal. It is not at all inconceivable that the new terms of JDSU/SDLI merger, will be completely different than the previous terms under, our now disbarred-for-5-years-for-lying-President's term, TA
