Yes your right.

That's not an Island, it was closed in Dec, and what remains is only a gap.

I would prefer that it get closed sooner then later.
This would be bullish GZ.

The bar charts on Q.chart don't show gaps, but the nq01h 60min has the same gap on the 17th Jan about 2500±....nq.
