I had a difficult time getting the final portion of the Norton firewall to install. I kept getting the message about having a choice to install it or not, kept clicking ok, and then it would not install. Finally, I didn't click that statement until the update was completely downloaded and and was able to get it installed. Seems that clicking the ok button before the download was completed was the culprit but makes no sense to me. So, if anyone else has a problem with this update....this approach might be tried.
