Jain has a history of screwing people.........He did a deal to acquire Boxlot( a friend of mine invested in the private placement of Boxlot)and then he reneged and forced the Boxlot management to restructure a signed, finalized acquisition agreement. He is a prick........there are many stories like the one I just described.
