John...I would have to agree with you here and agree with Guiliani's view that the guy should (at a minimum) be brought to trial so that justice can be served,,,this is probably the first pardon of a guy who never even went to jail (??)...I live in Switzerland and I know his situation there...some think he suffered by being on the run for all these years...tough to view living in Switzerland a hardship.
