Yaacov,

Believe it or not, Mr. Greenspan has a new worry for us, that the government is going towards a positive revenue balance, instead of a deficit. And that is dangerous.

So he thinks we need a tax cut, so the government isn't taking productive capital out of the economy.

And he's not sure if this "inventory correction" will influence consumer confidence so much that we will go into a recession.

Reading between the lines, I would say a rate cut next week.
