To all, Just a reminder (although the symbol won't change):

Stratasys Has Been Granted Approval To Trade On Nasdaq National Market System Effective July 1, 1996; Also Announces First Shipments Of Windows NT Interface

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 1996--Stratasys Inc. (NASDAQ:SSYS) today announced that its common stock, currently traded on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market, will begin trading on The Nasdaq National Market on July 1, 1996.

The stock will continue to trade under the symbol SSYS.

Scott Crump, President of Stratasys, stated that Stratasys was accepted for listing after meeting the more stringent quantitative and non-quantitative requirements of The Nasdaq National Market. Crump further stated that a National Market listing reflects Stratasys' continued growth and financial progress, and should benefit both our stockholders and the investment community through heightened visibility and liquidity.

In addition, Stratasys recently began shipping QuickSlice(R) 2.0, the proprietary operating software for Stratasys FDM rapid prototyping systems, for use with Windows NT. This latest software release adds several features for fast and easy processing of the CAD files from which three-dimensional models are created. QuickSlice also operates on Silicon Graphics, Hewlett-Packard, and SUN Microsystems UNIX-based workstations. Crump noted, "With a Windows NT port for our proprietary operating software, we can now penetrate the large and growing PC-based mechanical computer aided design or MCAD market."

Stratasys Inc., founded in 1989, is a manufacturer of rapid prototyping systems for automotive, aerospace, electronic, medical, consumer products OEMs. The company's patented Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM(R)) process creates three-dimensional plastic and wax models directly from CAD systems. The Stratasys home page on the internet web is www.stratasys.com.

In January 1995, Stratasys purchased IBM's rapid prototyping intellectual property. IBM currently holds approximately 10% of Stratasys' common stock.
