Kohl's Corporation Reports 14.8% Comparable Stores Sales Increase for December

With headlines like that, I don't think I'd want to be short. I remember looking at the stock last fall, and kicking it out of the long bucket based on PE. Their debt seems reasonable though. Maybe puts on another player with a heavier debt load?

As a Bull, I looked for low debt to allow a company breathing room during a sustained downturn. Since I'm leaning more towards the bearish side, maybe I should look for companies with heavy and increasing debt loads to buy puts on. It would be especially helpfull if some of that debt matured in the next xx weeks.
