As an ex-employee of Clarent,, all I can ask is what company gives new options every year to its employees? I'd like to hop on the company band wagon right now. I'll also say that without employee morale,, there will be no stockholder morale. There are far too many other companies in the valley, and worldwide to worry about staying with a company your not happy with,, one of the biggest holds on an employee is their options....
