Discuss on thread ONLY if you have a STRONG preference. ITEM 3) Agenda/Events? a) Probably hospitality suite open Friday Eve. Sat/Sun/(Mon)morning Sat/(Sun) evening, depends on cost. Fri evening and Sat morning are mandatory. Is cost is an issue for keeping it open Sun morning/evening? b) Main event Saturday afternoon, cash bar, sit down dinner,band, 'events'.
