ICA is moving some today. It should be able to challenge the December and November Hs.

Apparently it is responding at some of the news on its debt reduction program:

MEXICO CITY, Jan 11 (Reuters) - Mexico's largest construction company, ICA (NYSE:ICA - news) , said on Thursday it would divest $260 million in holdings this year as part of a plan to reduce its debt load by $300 million.

``The divestment program for $260 million should be accomplished in the coming months,'' Paloma Grediaga, head of investor relations, told Reuters.

ICA's debt reached $756 million in the third quarter of last year, she said. Like other Mexican builders, ICA hit bottom after the mid-1990s peso devaluation and the ensuing economic crisis.

And this other one:

MEXICO CITY, Jan 19 (Reuters) - Mexican construction company Empresas ICA (NYSE:ICA - news) said on Friday it sold 11.75 percent of its stake in airport group Operadora Mexicana de Aeropertos to Paris airports authority Aeroports de Paris for $11.4 million.

The two companies, along with French firm Vinci are part of a consortium that last year paid $91 million manage the group of 13 airports in cental and northern Mexico.

Friday's announced transaction came after Aeroports de Paris exercised its option to buy the portion of ICA's stake in the group, ICA said.
