Hi B, Thanks for the heads-up on the news. I hadn't seen it yet, but had noticed the recent rise of ICA's stock. There's not been much news from them in a while. I did some serious down-side averaging in their stock at about $1-7/8 last summer, but haven't added any since. I also own some of their convertible bond (ICARA?) and it's been reasonably stable for some time. It should get a boost from any debt reduction as it should strengthen the bond rating.
