Gladman, whenever a company announces a stock repurchase program in the same earnings PR, you know they're trying to lessen the blow on the bad news. It doesn't work anymore.

Estimated EPS for Q1/2001 = 0.14, today's guidance = 0.06 to 0.11

Estimated EPS for 2001 = 0.64, today's guidance = 0.30 to 0.50

Down it goes tomorrow. A 50% haircut would be really sweet.
