I think at some point, assuming we DO have some election reform, this point should be addressed. The US SC would be the ones who should interpret the Constitution and chart the waters, but there is no case to be appealed to them.

Majority in this case is an ambigious word. I can picture Cobalt Blue standing before the Supreme Court of the United States arguing about what majority really means.
